Unless otherwise provided by BNE Live, all sites introduced and managed by BNE Live shall be governed by these Terms of Service.This Site is owned and operated by BNE Live Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1994.

By registering an account with BNE Live and continued use of the site, it shall be deemed as acceptance of these Terms of Service by you., You hereby acknowledge and accept that your continued usage of the site shall be governed by these Terms of Service and any other guidelines and procedures, specific rules, procedures, terms and conditions for the products, services or facilities offered as determined or as may be amended by BNE Live at any time or from time to time at its absolute discretion. Such other guidelines and procedures, specific rules, procedures, terms and conditions for the products, services, or facilities offered shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference and form part of these Terms of Service.

Condition of Use:

To access certain services offered by the platform, we may require that you create an account with us or provide personal information to complete the creation of an account.
You shall procure, at your costs and expenses, the requisite equipment and software to connect and access the Portals and the ensuing use of the Services. You shall bear all charges imposed by third parties about and in connection with you linking your equipment to the Portals (or any of them).
It is a prerequisite to have a valid Account with BNE Live to access and utilize the Services and/or Portals. You may register for an account here.
You shall keep the password to the Account secure and confidential. You shall not at any time or under any circumstances reveal or disclose your password to the Account to any unauthorized party and shall take all steps to prevent the disclosure of the password to the Account to any unauthorized party.
It is your responsibility to secure the information of your Account. Any notification or confirmation received by BNE Live from your Account shall be deemed to have been issued by you notwithstanding that such notification or confirmation may have been issued by a third party, whether authorized or otherwise, and you shall be bound by such notification or confirmation.
You shall not use the Portals or the Services (or any of them) to conduct any fraudulent, immoral, or illegal activities or such activities that may infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Unless otherwise permitted by BNE Live in writing, you shall not upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unauthorized or illegal activities on the Portals or directly to other users of the Portals.
You shall not use any intellectual property belonging to BNE Live or any publishers listed on the Portals, including, without limitation, trademarks or trade names, whether registered or not, without the prior written consent of BNE Live.
You shall immediately notify BNE Live upon receipt of incomplete, garbled, or inaccurate data or information from BNE Live. You shall also immediately notify BNE Live upon receipt of any data or information which is not intended for you. This shall be deemed to be confidential and you shall delete such data or information from your Account. You shall continue to be bound by the requisite confidentiality obligations applicable thereafter and you shall not disclose such information to any third party.
You shall not be disruptive, offensive, or a nuisance in any manner whatsoever to other users of the Portals or the employees of BNE Live.
It is your primary responsibility to ensure that you are acquainted with the guidelines and procedures and these guidelines and procedures shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference and form part of the Term of Service and may be updated from time to time by BNE Live. BNE Live shall not be liable for any errors, losses, or damages caused by your use of the Services.

You shall also immediately notify BNE Live upon receipt of any data or information which is not intended for you. This shall be deemed to be confidential and you shall delete such data or information from your Account. You may need your own BNE Live account to use our Services and you are required to verify your details by providing your name and mobile number to receive a security token that allows you to access our Portals. You may be required to be logged in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it.
You acknowledge and agree that BNE Live may at its absolute discretion refuse or permit you to use the Services at any point of time and BNE Live shall notify you via e-mail or any other form of communication of such refusal.
We will not be responsible for any business or personal losses (including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the Site.

Products or Services & Digital Goods:
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

Scope of Services:
This Services Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the provision of services by BNE Live to event organizers and clients. BNE Live provides an independent ticketing platform that enables event organizers to sell tickets for their events. Our services include but are not limited to:

● Ticket sales platform.
● Mobile applications for events and ticket verification.
● Analytics and statistics on ticket sales.

Fees and Payments:
All ticket prices are set by the event organizers.Event organizers agree to pay BNE Live a commission based on the ticket fees. The percentage is agreed upon at the time of event registration and is exclusive of any taxes or VAT, which remain the responsibility of the event organizer. Payments are processed through third-party gateways. No payment details are stored on our platform.

Registration and Support:
The organizer is responsible for all content, including event images, details, artist lineup, and other event-specific information. The organizer will provide a dedicated contact for BNE Live and an alternate contact for emergency purposes.

Termination:
Either party can terminate the agreement with a written notice of specific days. In case of any breach of terms by the organizer, BNE Live reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services without prior notice.

Liability:
BNE Live is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the event. Our responsibility is confined to ticketing services.

Representations and Warranties:
Each time when you access the site (or any of them), you irrevocably and unconditionally represent and warrant that:

You are of legal age in your country to access the site and by using the Services, you and your parent or guardian accept and agree to be bound by these terms.
You represent that you have either reached the age of “majority” or “legal responsibility” where you live, or your parent or legal guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
The use of the site by you will not contravene any law or regulations in any jurisdiction in which BNE Live has operations, or requires BNE Live to be subject to any additional licensing requirement under the laws of that jurisdiction;
Your personal information and the documentation submitted in this respect, including, without limitation, your full name, telephone number, correspondence address, and email address, are true and accurate.
You shall forthwith promptly notify us in writing of any changes in your personal information.

Accuracy of billing and Account Information:
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Your Rights:
You have the right to access and correct your personal data from your profile. For any requests or concerns you're unsure about, please contact BNE Live support.

Changes to Agreement:
BNE Live may periodically update this agreement. Organizers are encouraged to review the agreement from time to time.

Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.
